Welcome to Floorish Rugs (“Floorish,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We operate the website and store at floorishrugs.ca (the “Site”) to offer our products and related services (the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables secure hosting and checkout.
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be the age of majority in your province or territory to use our Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
2. Products & Availability
We specialize in vinyl rugs and similar home products, many of which are offered as preorders in small batches.
We make every effort to display our products accurately, but colours and finishes may appear differently depending on your screen or lighting.
All rug dimensions are approximate and may vary by 1–2 inches due to the cutting and printing process.
We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time without notice.
3. Preorders & Made-to-Order Items
Preorder timelines are approximate and depend on production and shipping schedules. If we experience delays, we will update you by email.
Full payment is required at checkout to reserve your item. Orders placed as preorders cannot be cancelled once production has begun but are covered by our Shipping & Returns Policy for defective or damaged items.
4. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance. Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) and exclude taxes, shipping, and duties.
You agree to provide current and accurate billing, shipping, and payment information so we can process your order.
We reserve the right to cancel or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or misuse.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within Canada only.
Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for carrier delays or events outside our control.
Title and risk of loss pass to you once the order is transferred to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the rug is unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
Preorders, clearance, custom items, and gift cards are final sale.

7. Pricing & Promotions
Prices, promotions, and discounts may change without notice. The price shown at checkout is the final price before applicable taxes and shipping.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders containing incorrect pricing information.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including images, text, graphics, logos, and designs — is owned by Floorish Rugs or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without our written permission.
9. Third-Party Services
Our store is hosted by Shopify. Purchases made on our Site are between you and Floorish Rugs, not Shopify. Shopify processes data as part of providing its hosting and payment services.
We may include third-party links (for example, Pinterest or Instagram). We are not responsible for those sites or their content.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Floorish Rugs, its owners, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Site, products, or Services.
Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) in question.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Floorish Rugs, its officers, employees, and partners from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our Services.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and any related transactions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
You agree that any dispute will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Ottawa, Ontario.
13. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services means you accept the revised Terms.
