Shipping

All rugs ship from Ottawa, Canada. Most in-stock orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

Preorder rugs ship once the new batch arrives — timing will be noted on each product page (for example, “Arriving mid-November” or "Arrives in 6-8 weeks").

We will keep you updated. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your rug is on its way.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your rug! If something’s not quite right, here’s how return process works.

Eligibility

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery by emailing josefine@yacksmith.ca with your order number and photos (if applicable).

Rugs must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we can’t guarantee receipt of untracked items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We’re not currently able to offer direct exchanges. To swap for another rug, please place a new order once your refund is processed.

Final Sale

Clearance, sale, and custom rugs are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
