Refund policy

We want you to love your rug!

If it’s not quite right, you can return it within 7 days of delivery as long as it’s in perfect, unused condition and in the original packaging.

How to request a return

Email hello@floorishrugs.ca with your order number and photos (if applicable).
If approved, we’ll send you the return address and instructions.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we can’t guarantee receipt of untracked packages.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the rug.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items

Preorders, clearance, custom rugs, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
