🇨🇦 Shipping within Canada
We currently ship orders across Canada from Ottawa, Ontario.
Processing times
In-stock rugs: ship within 2–5 business days after your order is placed.
Preorders: ship once the new batch arrives — the estimated timeline is noted on each product page (for example, “Arriving mid-November” or “Ships in 6–8 weeks”).
We’ll email you as soon as your order is on the way.
Carriers
Orders are shipped via Canada Post, Purolator, or another reliable courier, depending on your location and the size of the rug.
Delivery estimates
Ontario & Quebec: 2–5 business days after dispatch
Other provinces: 4–10 business days after dispatch
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We’re not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or events beyond our control once the package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
🧾 Tracking & Notifications
You’ll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
If you don’t see it, please check your spam or promotions folder.
📦 Local pickup (Ottawa)
Free local pickup may be available for select orders.
If offered at checkout, you’ll receive an email when your rug is ready for pickup and details for arranging a time.
⚠️ Preorder & Split Shipments
If your order includes both in-stock and preorder rugs, we may hold the entire order until everything is ready to ship, or ship items separately at our discretion.
We’ll always email you with updates.
💰 Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and weight.
You’ll see the total before confirming your purchase.
🧺 Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We can’t replace or refund orders that are lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
💔 Damaged Packages
If your rug arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@floorishrugs.ca with photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
