Cancellation policy

๐Ÿ•“ Pre-orders

Most of our rugs are sold as preorders so you can reserve designs before the next batch arrives.
When you place a preorder, youโ€™re purchasing an item that is not yet in stock but is currently in production or on the way.

Payment: Full payment is taken at checkout to secure your rug.

Estimated arrival: The expected shipping window (for example, 6โ€“8 weeks or arriving mid-November) is shown on each product page.

Updates: Weโ€™ll keep you informed if there are any changes to the estimated delivery date.

Cancelling a preorder

You may cancel a preorder within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After that, production is already underway, and we canโ€™t guarantee cancellations.
Once your order has shipped, our Returns & Exchanges Policy applies.


๐Ÿ’ณ Regular (in-stock) purchases

Orders for in-stock rugs can be cancelled before they ship by emailing hello@floorishrugs.ca.

โŒ Subscriptions & โ€œTry before you buyโ€

Floorish Rugs does not currently offer subscription or try-before-you-buy options.
If these become available in the future, this policy will be updated to explain how they work and how to cancel them.
